Ever since I was first ordained a deacon, my dad and I have attended the Saturday evening session of the LDS Conference together. Afterwards, it’s burgers at Wendy’s.
That’s been some years ago. We’re still attending, still getting a bite to eat after, and adding to our numbers as each the family grows. My nephew will be coming for his first time this April. Watch for us when the camera pans across the congregation during the rest hymn. We’ll be in suits, white shirts and ties.
I’m looking forward to hearing from President Monson and all the others who inspire us to press forward for another six months.
